Usability audit (Expert Evaluation)
In expert evaluation we detects key usability issues in the product. It gives information of the most major usability bugs of the application and basic recommendation what is necessary to be changed and high-level task plan how to redesign a product. Our audits are based on heuristic evaluation (heuristic evaluation is a method for quick, cheap, and easy evaluation of a user interface design) and cognitive walkthrough method.
Remote usability Testing
Usability testing of a product or it’s prototype gives a full view of usability issues by passing each user through a set of predefined tasks. We mostly recommended remote usability testing which is much cheaper and quite effective method than usual usability testing.
